We need you!

We are a non-profit organisation* attempting to raise funds for the Music Camp for Underprivileged Children, and as such the Squilax Arts & Music Society relies heavily on Volunteers to help out with all aspects of the annual festival. Please consider getting involved with the festival yourself, as a valued Volunteer!

Volunteer Application Form and Letter - Squilax Music Festival 2008

The Squilax Arts & Music Society's Squilax Music Festival Committee is currently seeking volunteers for its upcoming music festival, which will take place on July 25 and 26, 2008 at the Squilax Pow Web Grounds, BC. Volunteers are needed to help with directing traffic and other "day of" tasks.

Volunteering for the Festival provides the unique opportunity to:

  • Support a local, non-profit arts organization
  • Gain valuable work experience
  • Meet new people
  • High school students can use these hours to fulfill their BC Volunteer requirements

The 3rd Annual Squilax Music Festival will take place from Friday evening, July 25 to Saturday, midnight, July 26, 2008. If you are interested in helping out, please fill out a Festival 2008 Volunteer Application form.

Download the Festival 2008 Volunteer Application form, fill it out, and mail or fax the completed form to the Squilax Music Festival office at the address provided below. Or you can save the downloaded form on your computer, complete it, and then send it as an e-mail attachment to our Volunteer Coordinator, Angelika Sonntag.
